The VIRTUAL REFERENCE SERVICE answers inquiries concerning:

• the library and its collections;
• the operative legislation in the country;
• Plovdiv and Plovdiv region history and present;
• data and facts that can be retrieved from reference literature, encyclopedia, and available information retrieval systems in the library.

vvsYou will receive an answer proper or reference to a source containing the required information.
Inquiries are accepted and answered every workday from Monday to Friday within the library hours.
Answers are sent back within two workdays.

Are there any limits?

• We accept one inquiry per day from a user;
• We do not accept inquiries of commercial nature;
• We do not provide ready to use papers, graduation and course papers;
• We do not provide statistical information;
• We do not provide solutions to concrete problems in mathematics, chemistry, physics  or any other subject;
• We do not offer legal or medical consultations;
• We do not answer incorrectly put questions.
